Our Mission
All County Search and Rescue (ACSAR) is a 100% volunteer driven, professionally trained search organization serving all counties in Michigan. We strive to execute methodical searches to locate lost or missing persons, alive or deceased, in both urban and wilderness environments.
Type of missing person may include the following:

Alzheimer’s patients

Suicidal people

Missing children
-
Overdue hunters, skiers, runners

As well as many others in need

ACSAR is 100% volunteer driven by professionally trained searchers.
There is never a charge for our services.
Deployment
Our team is ready and available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year to assist local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and other first responders. Our members are committed not only to search and rescue, but also serving our local communities in other capacities by volunteering throughout the community, assisting local charities, agencies, and community events.

ACSAR utilizes many resources including ground teams, dog teams and air support along with search management and technical search planners for missing person incidents.
​
ACSAR offers presentations about search work to local organizations, conduct school programs, and take part in other community events.

All services provided by ACSAR are provided at no cost. We are a 501(c)3 corporation and is supported through public donations. Your donations are always welcome and are tax deductible under federal law.
